more than a year

 since I had spine surgery, more than a year of constant, dull, often ignorable pain. A year of being careful or not, of pinching at the muscle and a almost a year of no one who doesn't know me well, not being able to tell anything is wrong at all. 

I am frustrated and a little glum about it.
